Requirements:

2. Prior Project Management experience, 3 years.
3. Able to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
4. Comfortable with uncertainty.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project governance, funding, and timeline development.
• Ensure project readiness for go-live.
• Serve as the lead for commercialization projects, managing total project timelines.
• Run project meetings, capture updates, assign follow-ups, and drive team solutions.
• Guide teams through the Ideas to Market (I2M) process, from idea generation to on-shelf execution.
• Negotiate and influence organizational leadership.
• identify risks, develop and execute mitigation plans, understand trade-offs and escalate concerns as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in roles focused on new product launches, project management, Research & Development, or Manufacturing.
• Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of supply chain operational management including cost of goods sold, capacity, logistics, planning, capital, safety, and quality.
