Job Overview: As a Sr. Analyst, Commercial Analytics at Client HealthCare, your key role will be to deliver commercial insights through the monthly publication of commercial analytics packages. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring timely publication of monthly reports and KPI reporting. Outside of month-end reporting, you will drive automation and efficiency in month-end reporting as well as help support the segment’s integration into GEHC systems. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing segment in one of the worldwide leaders in medical technology.
Responsibilities: 1. Own the standard monthly commercial analytics reporting that is necessary to monitor the health of our global commercial business. This includes publication of monthly and quarterly commercial analytics packages that track key leading and lagging indicators: pipeline health, opportunity generation, sales cycle length, win/ loss metrics, performance of sales, etc.
2. Drive automation in recurring reports to improve productivity and efficiency in month-end and quarter-end reporting.
3. Assist with integration activities with Client Healthcare including streamlining processes for best practices within financial reporting and internal controls.
4. Support ad hoc analytical reports and requests.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Finance, Engineering or related field
• 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or sales reporting
• Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Management Studio required
• Experience with CRM and SQL databases required
• Experience with BI reporting tools required
• Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), presentation, facilitation, project management and influencing skills
• Self-starter who can quickly and independently assess business requirements and become a trusted an integral part of the team.
• Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) a plus
