"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 2-3 days depending on the team requirement.

Job Description:
Business testing manager with a solid grounding in project management and business analysis principles with significant stakeholder engagement experience across both Technology and Business. 7 years.
Testing / QA Manager will manage all testing governance for the US FRTB Program (SA-CVA, BA-CVA), providing support for dry run production testing. Ensures a safe and timely delivery of all technology systems in preparation for production release.

Key responsibilities include:
-UAT Testing Manager - Runs testing calls between Technology, Risk, and Finance testing teams to facilitate issue remediation
-Works to plan new testing cycles to ensure smooth delivery of requirements and traceability
-Ongoing Management reporting for JIRA metrics and defectsroup
-Test Planning
-Test Strategy
-JIRA Management
-Defect Prioritization
-Testing Oversight

Key Skills Required:
' - Minimum 7 years experience. Must be an energetic self starter/able to drive initiative with minimal direction
- Project management experience in major/complex institutions ( Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms)
- Ability to put together reporting and high quality presentations for Senior Management
- Knowledge of JIRA and experience with issue management and resolution; ability to create reporting out of JIRA for senior management reporting purposes
- Strong team player
