Job Title: Instructional Designer
Location : Plano TX
Duration of Assignment : 18 Months contract
Pay Range : $50.00/hr to $51.00/hr
Job Description:
Instructional Design Ability to use instructional design software specifically Storyline and Rise Knowledge of adult learning theories and ID Models.
Qualifications- Must Have
Undergraduate degree in HR training, education, communication, English, technical writing, or any discipline requiring mastery of oral and written communication skills
Intermediate skill level of Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
Demonstrate the ability to conduct end-to-end analysis for learning needs
Demonstrate the ability to design performance-based courses aligned to identified objectives and target population characteristics
Education (if required) : ● 2 years of work experience in, adult Learning/education design and development, Instructional design, or similar capacity
