Axelon Services Corporation is Hiring an UXR Coordinator- Part Time Near Duluth, GA
Title: UXR Coordinator Work Location: Remote (or hybrid if they happen to be located in bay area or Lehi and want to come into the office - this is not essential) Work Schedule: (15-20 hours per week). Ideally 2-3 days per week (consistent days); example: every Tues, Thurs, Friday, 5 hours/day (flexible on days for the right candidate). More advanced candidates may have the opportunity to scale up on hours. Day to Day Responsibilities:
UXR Coordinator plays an integral and collaborative role in supporting the planning, recruitment and execution of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
Work closely with researchers and Product/Design stakeholders to understand study goals, participant recruitment criteria, study logistics, technical requirements, and delivery expectations.
nticipate and strategically solve for recruiting and project-related challenges.
Use and develop standard processes and templates to increase efficiency (documenting standard approaches based on audience, study type, etc.)
Handle operational tasks including preparing screeners, filtering and vetting candidates, gathering NDAs, scheduling sessions, supporting data collection, and coordinating participant compensation.
Support multiple concurrent projects ensuring forward progress and keeping teams informed through clear and proactive communication.
Follow research best practices and ensure end-to-end compliance with NDAs and consent forms, legal and regulatory requirements, and data privacy/retention requirements.
Over time, build basic research competency, to conduct basic user experience research and surveys
Experience we are looking for:
1 years in the field of UX Research Operations, academic experience in research recruitment or operationally minded role
Confidence attending or leading calls, building rapport, and maintaining healthy stakeholder relationships
Supporting or leading project planning, managing timelines, scope creep, etc.
Qualities of an ideal candidate:
Detail oriented and ability to stay organized while managing many moving pieces
Proactive communicator and creative problem solver
Works well alone and as part of a team
Curious-minded, eager to learn and share knowledge
plus but not a must:
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace and UX tools (Ethnio, Qualtrics, UserTesting, etc.)
Interested in conducting user research and basic surveys themselves
