We are currently recruiting an experienced Sonographer to join our AIUM accredited care center in East Brunswick NJ.

For standard and High Risk OB Cases. Must have Perinatal experience. This is a per diem position.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform 10-12 High Risk Scans per Day, including uterine, umbilical & MCA Dopplers
• Evaluate and assess patient’s health care needs based on patient’s signs and symptoms utilizing established protocols and guidelines.
• Obtain appropriate input and direction from the provider, as needed, to determine best clinical course of action and recommendations for specific patient health care.
• Follow policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistency and departmental effectiveness as well as improve health care outcomes of patients/callers and their access to appropriate health.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience performing Obstetrical scanning, a degree/certificate from an accredited ultrasound program and current RDMS, NT and CPR certifications. Knowledge of CPT coding, lab specific order sets, and eClinical Works are beneficial.
