Required:

• Possessa Bachelor'sdegree or higherin abusinessrelatedfieldsuch as Business,Finance, Accounting, or Economics; or equivalent work experience

• 12yearsoftotalexperience inassessingfederalfinancial business processes, developing financial systems options,and implementing system solution to include demonstrated experience withfederal financial management including all aspects of programming, planning, budgeting, execution and/or accounting.

• Inadditiontothat,specializeddemonstratedexperienceinthefollowing(total8years)

• 5yearsdemonstrated experiencedeveloping,implementing, andexecutingtrainingspecificto Momentum systemsthatmayincludeagendadevelopment, deliveryanddocumentation update

• ANDat least3yearsofexperience presentinganddevelopingtrainingmaterialforusergroups ranging from zero experience to advanced users
