Axiom Consultants Inc. (Axiom) is seeking to fill an IDIQ Project Coordinator position to provide program management and administrative support to our ProTech Oceans /Propel efforts. The candidate work with the team to develop reports, document and track status, budgets, milestones, staffing, and schedules in support of Axiom's contracts. Provide mid-level programmatic services and recommend best practices to allow the team to execute the project. Use efficient tools to keep the PMs abreast on status, plans, track projects, and assess performance of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in technical and professional procurement and contract administration activities including the solicitation of bids and development and management of contracts.
• Evaluate activities of assigned responsibilities and recommend improvement and modifications.
• Provide technical and administrative support to the ProTech Oceans / Propel proposal team in the development and drafting and negotiation of contracts, ensuring requirements are met.
• Ensure we comply with policies, procedures and regulations related to the procurement of services.
• Oversee pre-RFP activities on contracts requiring formal and informal bidding and administration of contracts.
• Assist in the preparation of formal bid specifications including Requests for Bids, Requests for Qualifications, Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal.
• Participate in the review of proposals and analyze pricing to ensure the best interest of the team,
• Develop and manage BD and proposal templates.
• Assist Propel in obtaining pricing information.
• Coordinate organizing SharePoint.
• Represent Propel with teaming and BD activities with outside teammates.
• Prepare agenda items and make presentations to the proposal team on procurement.

Required Skills:

The candidate is expected to have at least 3 years of work experience in the areas program management and hands-on experience in reporting and budgeting. Effectively track projects, assess performance and risk to meet the goals within government environments. Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; and problem solving abilities. Background in Oceanography is ideal.
