What you need to bring to the table:

1. Relevant Diploma or Degree in the related field.
2. Proficiency in Auto CAD or BIM.
3. At least 5 years of experience in Design, Construction, Project Management.
4. Proficiency in Contract and Contract Administration.
5. Ability to work remotely and virtually.
6. Highly organized with great time management.
7. A knack for creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
