Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Project Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for college students or individuals looking to kickstart their career in HR. The primary focus of this role is to support our HR Specialist in optimizing the employee experience by leveraging the Paycom HRIS system's portals. In addition, the Coordinator will handle day-to-day transactional tasks to ensure seamless HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Specialist in configuring and maintaining the Paycom HRIS system's portals.
• Support the implementation of new HR initiatives and programs.
• Manage day-to-day HR transactions such as employee data entry, file maintenance, and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for HR events, meetings, and trainings.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals.
• Assist new employees in onboarding through the Paycom system.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
