Minimum Qualifications:

• Oracle Modules Expertise: Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with one or more Oracle Supply Chain application modules, such as PDH (Product Data Hub), Inventory, Order Management, Procurement (O2C, P2P), Planning (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Value Chain Planning), and Warehouse Management (WMS).
• Functional Configuration and Technical Development: Capable of performing functional configuration and/or technical development within Oracle Financials or Supply Chain application modules.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle MDM Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on Product Data Hub (PDH) and Customer Data Management (CDM).
• Oracle Cloud: Proven experience implementing Oracle MDM solutions in a cloud environment
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of master data management principles and best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Project Delivery: Experience in delivering MDM projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Certifications: Oracle Master Data Management certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and functional teams for successful MDM implementations across various industries.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge in designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle MDM solutions (including CDM and PDH platforms).
• Source, cleanse, deduplicate, and merge master data while ensuring high data quality.
• Implement data quality rules and maintain ID translations between source and consuming applications.
• Address client requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations.
• Utilize agile methodologies and global delivery centers to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Implement data governance processes and standards to ensure data integrity.
• Leverage functional and technical expertise to support the growth of the Oracle Data & Analytics practice.
• Develop and maintain the MDM implementation playbook, delivery maps, and estimation model.
• Present thought leadership on MDM solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and improve MDM offerings to stay ahead of industry best practices.
