Axiom Staffing is seeking a skilled Sales Person for a local restoration company. This is a direct hire opportunity! You would be offered a base salary with commission.
You will also be eligible for employee benefits, including PTO as per the employee handbook. You will receive a company laptop, I-Pad, cell phone, and a company car with gas card for company use only.
Job Duties :
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Run ALL allocated leads
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Arrive on time & follow defined (Support works and Attic Systems, etc.) Sales Process
- Sell job & meet KPIs
- 100% of recommendations in quote
- Some customer service expectations may remain
Salary :
$55k base commission
