Axiom is seeking motivated and reliable individuals for a Shipping position in Hampstead, MD

Responsibilities :

149;The Shipping Clerk will properly load and unload all trucks coming in and out of the plant

149;While also insuring all materials received are secured properly and scanned for inventory accuracy and traceability

149;Matches each load with the invoice provided for that individual order

149;Ensures that all damaged product is removed before shipment

149;Sends the proper paperwork along with each truck / trailer and ensues that it is forwarded to the proper departments

149;Keeps work area clean

149;Operates electric jacks and High Lift in a safe manner at all times

149;Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Good attendance
• Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers, vendors, and others
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Must be willing to wear steel-toed shoes
