We are looking for a BDA to join our Axios Pro Policy sales team!

Why it matters : As a Business Development Associate, you will serve an integral role in identifying and securing new business opportunities through thoughtful outreach and exceptional service to future clients.

Zoom in : This opportunity will allow you to inform revenue-generating activities and support sales growth for Axios Pro Policy.

In this role you will :

• Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls and email with knowledge and efficiency
• Provide subject matter expertise about Axios Pro Policy while presenting the value of our product portfolio to prospecting customers
• Strategize outreach campaigns, identify qualified prospects and generate tailored communications
• Meet weekly pacing targets, set up calls for client partners, and attain monthly activity goal
• Maintain daily documentation of sales related activity in CRM

• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales processes and pipelines

Starting salary for this role is in the range of $61,500 - $65,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills.

This range does not include other compensation and benefits.
