Position Summary: The role of the Nurse Manager is works in an expanded professional community health nurse role to support primary healthcare needs associated with the evaluation of health status, screening of medical problems and coordination of patient healthcare needs. Coordination and monitoring of physical day-to-day performance of the health support team.

Our ideal candidate for our Nurse Manager position will have their bachelor’s degree in nursing or health-related field and have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. A Master’s of Science Nursing is preferred. The candidate will be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado.

The successful candidate will have five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting with experience in clinical operations is required and a minimum of (3) years of experience in a supervisory position.

Annual Flu immunization by November 1, annual TB screening, current CPI training and BLS certification required.

These are requirements for the position and are not paid for by Axis Health System.

Salary: Starting at $81,120.00 - $90,604.80 per year and considers preferred experience and preferred certification as described above.

Physical demands: Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Employee is frequently required to walk, sit, stand, or kneel and occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop.
