Our current client is looking to hire Account Managers focused in roofing sales.
With more than 14 years of roofing experience, the our Client's team has distinguished itself in the industry with the highest standards and overdelivering to our customers with quality new roofs.

Their goal in 2024 is to grow, especially in the Austin and Dallas markets. An experienced roofing salesperson will find that they provide the highest compensation in the roofing sales industry, high levels of management support, and the ability to deliver a best-in-class experience for their customers.

Title: Account Manager
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX and Austin, TX

Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing sales.
• Motivated by performance and have a strong desire to help customers and be part of a winning culture.
• Motivated to grow and excel within the company.
• *As the year goes on we are looking to promote our best sales reps into sales management roles.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
