Job Description: The Registered Nurse delivers direct patient care to the Labor and Delivery department. Additionally, coordinates, participates in, modifies and evaluates the L&D patient's plan of care. The Nurse is able to oversee management of a group of patients and identify problems and issues related to patient care outcomes/unit operations. The RN serves as a positive role model for members of the healthcare team and the Labor and Delivery Unit.
