$55,000.00/Yr. - $65,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
The Assistant Treasury Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role overseeing staff in wire transfer operations. This position involves collaborating with team members to deliver analytics, metrics, and benchmarks. The supervisor will establish work procedures for new initiatives, train both existing and new staff, and oversee liquidity monitoring within the team. Additionally, this role supports the leadership team in workflow management and ensures that all tasks meet established service level agreements.
Responsibilities:

• Supervision of four employees
• Involvement in special projects
• Conducting staff training on processes and systems
• Fostering positive relationships by maintaining SLAs

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 2 years in Financial Services
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of general ledger and journal entries
• Experience in Wire Transfer Operations is advantageous

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree
• CTP
