What you will do… 

• Be a key member of the legal team willing to step in and contribute where necessary to accomplish tasks and solve problems. 
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, staying ahead of the latest healthcare technology industry standards. 
• Draft, review, track and manage contracts, from nondisclosure agreements to complex partner agreements, supporting innovative technology projects. 
• Monitor contract performance, compliance, and assist in renewals, fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders. 
• Ensuring compliance by supporting regulatory filings and timely reporting. 
• Perform in-depth legal research on diverse corporate legal issues, contributing to strategic decision-making. 
• Prepare, organize, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 
• Play a key role in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, handling due diligence, document preparation and post-closing integration. 

What you will bring… 

• Bachelor’s degree required. Paralegal certification a plus. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong preference for experience in a corporate legal environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Proven track record in corporate governance, contract management, and compliance. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong research and analytical skills. 
• Highly organized and detail oriented. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver under tight deadlines and energized by the opportunity to solve problems. 
• Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote position.
