Your main tasks will be:

• Manage email inbox and forward to appropriate department as needed
• Prepare customs transactions
• Prepare and present certain paper entries (vehicle, firearm, etc.)
• Prepare export permits
• Complete customs transactions according to access and responsibilities
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients
• Identify missing information and/or documents and communicate with the appropriate parties (customers, suppliers)
• Ensure proper document management of various files
• Work as part of a team with other departments.
• All other related tasks

What we are looking for:

• You have experience in customer service and data entry.
• You are bilingual in French and English, so you can communicate with future colleagues and customers across Canada and around the world.
• You are comfortable using Excel, Word and Outlook.
• You are autonomous, resourceful and proactive.
