Must-Haves
- Top Secret Clearance with full scope polygraph.
- Located within a commutable distance from Fairfax, VA (no hybrid work schedule available).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the related field.
- Experience with client CM implementation and service-related work.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with the client’s product portfolio.

The role requires a deep understanding and extensive experience with client architecture, design, implementation, and testing in support of architecture designs for global deployments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop testing strategies and plans with clients and partners.
- Implement and test architecture designs for global deployments.
- Provide technical guidance and support for the customer's voice network operations.
- Manage and maintain voice call flow traffic and telecommunication platforms.
- Oversee the migration of call flows and manage administrative tasks.
- Produce and maintain documentation for communication management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or an applied Science.
- Certification by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) in Microbiology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Microbiology Lab.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical lab.
