Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Supervisor located in Seal Beach, CA. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the front desk, coordinating reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Receptionist Duties
- Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
- Experience in customer satisfaction and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
