Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to produce custom millwork products.
• Operate a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision and safety.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials according to project requirements.
• Apply stains, varnishes, and finishes to completed products as needed.
• Collaborate with leads, supervisors, and other craftsmen to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Organize a plan to build quality product efficiently from drawings and paperwork provided
  o Ensure all tools required to build a quality product are on hand
  o The daily tasks required are known and understood
  o Quality requirements are known and understood
  o The time in which the job needs to be completed is understood, and a plan is in place to achieve the
  productivity goals
• Ensure materials are cut properly and are on hand from prior processes
  o Parts are the correct size and go together correctly from CNC router
  o Quantities and sizes and quality of cuts are correct from saw
  o Quality and finish is acceptable from moulder
  o Quality of outside vendor parts are acceptable and meet Intex standards
• Evaluate finished product quality to visual and or documented quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and materials.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
