Key Responsibilities:

• **Safety and Compliance**

- Ensure all team members are performing their job with the utmost respect to all machine guarding and safety requirements.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.

• **Team Leadership and Coordination**

- Lead and motivate a team of 12 associates to achieve performance targets.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring each team member understands their role in achieving daily goals.

• **Operational Efficiency and Quality**

- Monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are consistently met.

- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product/service excellence and compliance with company standards.

• **Training and Development**

- Train and coach team members on product knowledge and operational procedures.

- Provide constructive feedback to support team development and career growth.

• **Inventory Control **

- Assist with Inventory Management and Shipping when needed. 

• **Leadership Communication**

-Effectively communicate all stats and concerns to other Leadership members

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Working Conditions and Schedule:

- Sunday – Thursday 3pm – 11pm this may change due to business needs.

- Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, inside and outside.
