Job Summary:
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. This position will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy skills and be proficient in using QuickBooks, Outlook Calendar, and Google Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Face to face client greeting
- Handling and processing company expensises
- In charge of office sanitation & supplies
- Assist with event planning and coordination when needed
- Provide personal assistant support to executives
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate records
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Assist with research projects and compile information as needed
Experience:
- Some Pharmacy background is welcomed
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Knowledge of Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and organization
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
