We are looking for a dedicated Production Lead to monitor and improve the shift’s performance and efficiency.
Production Lead Responsibilities:

• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and motivate team members, providing clear directions.
• Train new production employees and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Operate production machinery and direct setup/adjustments.
• Inspect products for quality and make necessary adjustments.

Pay: $20.50/hour
Shift: 12 hours shift, Monday-Thursday (plus Overtime) 2nd shift - 5 PM - 5 AM

Production Lead Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.

• Follows the proper handwashing, sanitization, cleanliness, dress, and grooming requirements, including wearing required and provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Adheres to SQF, FSMA, FSA, Sanitation, GMP’s, and HACCP requirements.
