Aztec is looking for experienced Copier Service Technicians to join our award-winning team in our Rhode Island territory. We are factory trained and authorized in Sharp, Canon, Brother, Hewlett Packard, and more.

As a Copier Service Technician, you will be expected to maintain customer printers/copiers, performing both break/fix and preventative maintenance type of service calls.

Duties:

• Communicate with Dispatch to open/close calls accordingly
• Responsible for preventative maintenance on machines/repairs on machines.
• Must meet established criteria for number of calls, limited call backs, parts utilization
• Communicate with customer and dispatch to clearly provide updates and timelines for services.
• Manage assigned areas for call prioritization within defined contract agreements.

• Canon and Sharp copier/printer experience preferred.
• Other manufacturer brands are a plus.
• Minimum 3-year industry experience.
