What do we do?

Azure Summit Technology provides a wide range of multi-channel software defined radio products, innovative signal processing solutions and end-to-end mission payloads and systems for the full range of advanced RF applications including EW, radar, communications, and multi-mode RF operations. Systems can be tailored to meet a variety of requirements for bandwidth, dynamic range, number of channels, and computational resources. Supported platforms range from resource-constrained small UAVs and wearable devices to manned aircraft and maritime vessels.

What will you do?

Azure Summit Technology is currently seeking a Maritime Systems Business Manager. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. This position is located at our facility in Melbourne, Florida, with occasional overnight travel to our office in Fairfax, Virginia, and/or other locations as needed to support customer activities. 

Your future team has worked together to produce the following job responsibilities:

• Leading all aspects of day-to-day Schedule and Cost Program Controls execution to ensure timely, accurate, and complete business data/information delivery to program and company leadership enabling effective decision making.
• Leading a team of cost and schedule analysts implementing a fully compliant EVMS implementation.
• Ensure day-to-day contractual and programmatic change management outcomes are properly incorporated into program cost/schedule baselines and forecasts.
• Support alignment of staffing resource forecasts that leverage business management data to Segment level staffing demand signals across all labor disciplines.
• Ensure robust department level support to Profit and Loss responsibilities in support of quarterly financial EACs and monthly financial keyline forecasts.
• Ensure Program Controls team has the tools, training, and resources to perform their roles and drive empowerment and decision making for Business Management equities to the appropriate levels.

Basic Requirements

- US citizenship, due to the nature of the work and contract requirement

- Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance due to contract requirement

- Minimum 5 years’ Deltek Costpoint or similar experience

- Minimum 5 years’ forProject EVMS Engine or similar tools experience

- Minimum 5 years’ Microsoft Project experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cognos Analytics or similar tools
