Azusa Solutions has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals. *This position offers options for working from home. Candidate must be local to the DC/MD/NoVA area. Responsibilities:
• Understand client business needs and requirements
• Understand the current system and how it functions
• Assist in design of applications based on business requirement
• Test upgrades and modifications to the system
• Create manual and automated test scenarios
• Test the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines
• Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion
• Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines
• Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities
• Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience and understanding of Agile
