• Conduct Systems Analysis: Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document Requirements and Solutions: Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, technical specifications, and solutions to ensure clarity and alignment among all parties involved.
• Support Information Systems: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for information systems to ensure they operate smoothly and meet user needs. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent Communication Skills Clearance:
