**Qualifications**

* Determined and eager to learn. To understand what, why, and how we do what we do. Please do NOT apply if you are not serious about learning.

* Experience in selling and supporting products that are very technical in nature. Experience calling on all types of clients and with equipment in all different industries.

* An aptitude for mechanical and electronic devices

* Someone who doesn't mind calling on clients in all different types of industries and environments, clean and dirty

* Someone who is humble and honest with all interactions and communication.

* Who wants to learn a trade that is unique and in demand.

* Someone who is computer literate, can type, put together quotes, followup on projects, keep in touch with customers on a regular basis. Basically maintain a territory for selling scales and ongoing service after the sale.

**Territory to be covered:** Detroit Metro: You will be working from home most of the time after the initial 3 month training period. Afterward coming to the office for training and meetings.

Compensation: Base Pay $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 base, Commission percentage on each job, Car Allowance , etc.....
