Job Summary

Handle all aspects of supervising and maintaining professional crews, including mentoring and developing strong teams by being a hands-on leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise CIPP lining crews in the Tucson metro area and train, lead, and coach as needed to improve quality and productivity
• Grow and expand B&F Tucson’s CIPP team
• Execute all field related decisions pertaining to CIPP lining and pipe cleaning
• Provide ideas and solutions to onsite practices and equipment usage
• Work with the Project Manager and/or Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, execute, and track all aspects of projects, including daily schedules with at least two weeks of advanced planning, and discussing all schedules, changes, and potential disruptions
• Conduct/participate in weekly and monthly project progress meetings
• Review invoicing progress with the Project Manager at least seven (7) days prior to month end
• Assist with material requests as needed to ensure daily operations sustainability
• Communicate project plans and schedules with customers as needed
• Collaborate with the estimating team on production rates and methods for projects being bid to better understand job performance
• Communicate and review project/customer specifications and expectations with Foremen
• Assist Division Manager with customer retention and development

Requirements

• 3 years of experience of CIPP lining experience
• 1 years superintendent experience
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of sewer rehabilitation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and remain and calm under pressure
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
