Ready to be part of something special? Join our Family! Position Summary: This position will be responsible for maintaining a cleanly facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Their duties include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant and emptying trash cans or recycling bins. Also to ensure the safe production of a wide range of products in compliance with company, customer and government requirements that meet required quality specifications. Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Responsibilities: Sanitizing High Traffic Areas Dusting, high and low Vacuuming, Shampooing and Mopping floors - (Dry and/or Wet Mop) Empty trash receptacles Cleaning and Sanitizing restrooms (toilets, urinals, mirrors, and sinks). Practices safe work habits to prevent injury to self and others. Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition. Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned. Keep all storage areas clean and in good order. Minimum Experience: Manufacturing sanitation experience Prior experience in housekeeping preferred Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred. Ability to stand and move for extended period of time, ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently required. Ensure effective use of all plant control tools (SOPs, SSOPs, etc.) to ensure accurate reporting of sanitizing documentation, material, and labor utilization. Ensure timeliness of reporting.
