Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for organizing the receipt, storage and dispatch of warehoused goods. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, the warehouse supervisor manages people, processes and systems, to ensure goods are received and dispatched / deployed appropriately and productivity targets are met. Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations to achieve productivity, costs, quality and safety goals Analyze data and prioritize work assignments to direct the daily plan of action for the shift or functional area Coach, motivate, develop and manage warehouse associates Manage value-added projects assigned to shift Foster a participative and goal-driven work environment characterized by teamwork, partnership and accountability for achieving goals Ensure inventory control systems are up to date and make sure inventories are accurate Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis General housekeeping and specific sanitation task are also required. Responsible for reporting all food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Enforces plant GMP’s and Food Safety policies/procedures Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
