B Hospitality Corp is Hiring a Beverage Manager Near Chicago, IL

Formento's is seeking an experienced beverage manager or bar captain that is looking to move into a management role, perhaps with a history of management, that displays ALL of the following; Positive attitude Strong spirits and wine knowledge Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Ability to vibe with multiple personalities and maintain a positive composure at all times Strong POS Skills (Micros) and ability to learn other new technologies quickly and without much assistance We would prefer but it is not required that you have management experience, sommelier experience, a general understanding of COGS and Labor and what they mean to a profit and loss report (google is your friend.) This is a mid level manager position. You would answer to Beverage Director Steve Morgan and Myself along with an AGM to be named later. All managers who work under myself, the GM are exposed to all the tools that they will need to be a GM or Director in the future with our rapidly expanding portfolio of restaurants.
