ROLE SUMMARY : Assist Pipe Fitter / Welders in the assembling and installation of HVAC piping and equipment and other related tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Install hangers and brackets used for equipment and pipe installation.
• Perform general labor including cleanup that is required for pipe or equipment installation.
• Retrieve fittings, pipe or other material from storage.
• Grind, brush and help prepare welds for welder.
• Clean up work area.
• Make sure tools are locked up at end of workday.
