Overview:
We are a Water Damage, Mold and Fire Remediation company in Central Texas. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position requires excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service. We will start as a part-time role and you will grow into a full time position. Our office is in North Austin.

Duties:
- Lead a team as they respond and manage mitigation and other type of losses.

- Manage and control the entire remediation/restoration process for the jobs.

- Follow-up and communicate with the customer and obtain required signatures on pertinent documentation.

- Oversee and assist with human resources and training functions, including recruiting, hiring, training and development of staff as necessary.

- Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely fashion and professional manner.

- Drive a company vehicle to locations as needed.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Support the team with various projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus

- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

- Knowledge or prior experience with dealing with Insurance claims

- Customer support experience is highly desirable

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
