Purpose:

The Director of Food & Beverage will lead all aspects of our hotel's F&B operations, developing and implementing strategic plans for growth and profitability. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of quality, service, and operational efficiency.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure all F&B operations uphold the highest standards in quality, service, and cost control.
• Streamline purchasing processes to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate creatively with the marketing team to promote the hotel effectively.
• Oversee critical path processes during hotel openings to ensure successful launches.
• Monitor and analyze hotel performance, making strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with Directors of Finance on budget development and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in a senior F&B management role within the hotel/resort industry.
• Culinary knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and innovative thinking.
• Strong community relations and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or equivalent required.
• Expert knowledge of F&B operations, including budgeting, vendor relations, and legal compliance.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
