Our client is the #1 provider of privately funded home health care in Florida. Through both organic growth and acquisition they continue on an aggressive growth path. The company has backing from a large PE firm. This growth has created the opportunity to create a new position for a Senior Financial Manager / Controller. The role will report directly to the CFO.

There will be two primary facets to the role. Firstly, an estimated 40% of the time will be taken with traditional Controllership responsibilities – month-end consolidation, closing, financial and management reporting; cash management; statutory reporting, etc.

The other 60% of the role will be much more variable and opportunistic, supporting initiatives to grow and improve the business. This may include:

• process improvement
• acquisition analysis & integration
• KPI design and analysis
• Pricing & Cost analysis
• Support of management requests and initiatives

The role will be hybrid with mostly in-office in the Boca Del Mar neighborhood, but some remote work flexibility.

• Key requirements:A solid accounting foundation, which may come from education, designations, and/or experience
• A business degree at undergraduate or Masters level
• ERP systems experience (MS Dynamics Business Central is the ERP used)
• Strone analytical skills, including advanced Excel data management abilities
• Sector knowledge is always valuable, but not required
• A keen sense of curiosity, a strong desire to ask “why”, and a natural inclination to improve things
