**Job Summary:**

B T Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager. This person will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, warehousing, cycle counting, and material handling. This position will also be responsible for warehouse equipment, software, enforcing company policies and procedures, and will manage warehouse personnel.

**Essential Functions:**

* Directing and supervising employees as they conduct warehouse operations and administrative tasks

* Ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive warehouse environment

* Maintaining physical condition of warehouse by implementing new layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement

* Developing effective working relationships with staff, fostering a positive environment and performing personnel administrative actions in alignment with company policies

* Performing various warehouse administrative tasks including reviewing orders and delivery receipts, approving requisitions, maintaining delivery schedules, replenishing stock, and conducting inventories

* Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements

Requirements **Qualifications:**

**Knowledge/Skill/Ability**

Warehouse Knowledge Proven knowledge of modern warehousing and inventory practices, and of applicable standard grades and qualities of equipment, materials, and supplies used in warehousing

Industry Knowledge Proven knowledge of the telecommunications industry and familiarity with various types of materials and parts

Attention to Detail Excellent detail-orientation, with the ability to prepare, review, and maintain accurate records

Leadership Able to effectively plan and supervise the work of others while developing healthy working relationships

Communication Skills Proven oral and written communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver concise, understandable information

Computer Skills Proficiency in the use of computers, MS Office applications, and Outlook

**Equivalent Education/Experience**

Bachelors Degree, preferably in supply management, OR equivalent work experience.

Supply chain projects related to fulfillment and inventory analysis preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience working in a warehouse or related environment

Experience in a leadership or managerial position required.

Familiarity with various materials and parts required for C-RAN, LTE and 5G installations preferred

Familiarity and experience with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics

OSHA-30 certification preferred
