Our customers invest with us, we invest in you. Apply today. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant within Sales Practices and Conduct Management (SPCM). We manage allegations of misconduct effectively when they arise, we reduce employee misconduct by sharing allegation insights with our business partners, and we demonstrate understanding and empathy for the employees that we serve. This role will be a part of the Cases of Interest and Executive Communication (CIEC) team, and will be responsible for assessing, tracking, reporting and preparing executive communications related to allegations that pose significant risk or have heightened impact to customers or employees. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for the timely and accurate creation and execution of executive level communications. This includes gathering data from various sources, analyzing the data and applying judgement/discretion to create meaningful updates in the form of executive level presentations and reports. Reviews potential Significant Event cases and assesses the case information against our significant events criteria. Synthesizes allegation case information into case summaries for executive-level review. Consults with HR, Legal, Investigators and other business partners on complex cases. Assists with reporting, ensuring accuracy of data and trending information. May provide direction to less experienced members of the team, and train new employees. Participate in and/or lead quality improvement initiatives or processes. Demonstrates strong reporting and analytical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills Identifies opportunities for efficiency with CIEC processes. Develops and/or reviews updates to procedures, job aids and related documents. Ensures policy and process compliance for the delivery of the appropriate Leadership Awareness notifications in a timely manner per the Allegation Management Policy Performs other Case Management duties as assigned, including conducting internal reviews or providing support for other CIEC workstreams. Required Qualifications, US: 2 years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: A BS/BA degree or higher 2 years of reviewing and synthesizing complex information for an executive audience Experience writing and creating clear and concise presentation materials Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Experience with reviewing documents and ascertaining the type of handling required Prior experience with Conduct Management, Ethics and/or Corporate Investigations Prior experience in investigations in one or a combination of the following: employee relations, internal/external fraud, BSA/AML, terrorist financing, or risk management involving financial crime demonstrated through work or military experience Prior experience in a legal department or compliance team Prior experience with the Enterprise Allegation Platform (EAP) Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 5% of the time Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening Ability to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office / 2 days remote : Posting End Date: 28 Jul 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
