About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant (BEC) to support Consumer Collections and Servicing (CCS) Business Implementation Management (BIM) team. This BEC will serve as a Kanban lead for a non-technical implementation team that supports customer communications updates. Communications supported are primarily customer letters. The Kanban lead is expected to facilitate regular Kanban ceremonies/meetings, oversee the work of the team and drive continuous improvement leveraging Agile methodology.
