About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Banking Role Enablement Consultant (Lead Business Execution Consultant) to support the National Advice & Acquisition Job Family Strategy team within Consumer, Small and Business Banking (CSBB) by strategizing, planning and executing a variety of programs and initiatives that advance branch banking platform job roles inclusive of Branch Manager, Relationship Banker, Premier Banker, Small Business Banker and Personal Banker. In this role, you will: Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan and execute strategic initiatives advancing platform job roles Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure and create efficiencies as appropriate Leverage data, analytics and reporting to make decisions and recommendations Present recommendations to develop, implement, monitor and measure strategic approaches, effectiveness of the branch banking platform job roles and performance improvement opportunities Provide source content for employee facing materials including training programs, learnings, workshops ensuring each initiative fits end to end design Create executive presentations, business communications, change management plans, reports and PowerPoint presentations Provide support to a cross functional team to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs and initiatives advancing branch banking platform job roles Required Qualifications, US: 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment Strong analytical capabilities Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities Strong risk management and compliance skills Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meetings customer and enterprise needs Ability to effectively influence partners Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment Knowledge and understanding of the retail banking environment and affluent client markets Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management Strong presentation skills Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
