About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant on the Partnership, Loyalty, & Strategy (PLS) team as part of Cards & Merchant Services. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com The PLS Redress and Operational Corrections team will be performing rewards-related adjustments to customer accounts to meet our terms and conditions, as well as performing quality assurance on those adjustments made. It will be a risk operation within the product lifecycle for credit card rewards supporting redress and operational corrections related to redemption of Loyalty Solutions issues and complaints. The Lead Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for supporting the program build as well as the execution of operational corrections, redress and/or quality assurance. A successful candidate will have demonstrated understanding of customer redress in order to establish the program infrastructure and design including building procedures and QA program aligned to this work. A strong operational mindset will be critical. In this role, you will: Ensure successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business Required Qualifications: 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Redress/remediation or quality assurance experience, specifically building new redress operations and QA program Credit card product or servicing experience Experience creating and improving processes through strategic thinking Experience with test design and/or leading a team with design responsibilities Front-line operations experience with a risk mindset (e.g., appropriate control environment and retention for testing purposes) Knowledge and experience with products, systems, and processes within collections & servicing Data analysis experience related to building and tracking within a database to support management of operations Experience analyzing and articulating data trends both visually and verbally to executive-level leaders Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate exposures, potential risks, and propose solutions Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives Demonstrated ability to implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approach Experience making timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Experience interacting with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management Job Expectations: Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
