About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Services Consultant responsible for coordinating and delivering technology-related activities and resources in support of business initiatives. This person will be supporting the cybersecurity governance and information protection. In this role, you will: Support Head of Cybersecurity Governance and Product Manager in capacity planning, budget management, and investment planning activities Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services of high-profile business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services The person to be hired is expected to perform dual roles, as the Business Services Lead and Product Delivery Lead for Governance and Information Protection The role includes managing product registry record keeping, responding to requests from Cybersecurity Product Operations Team and supporting the Product Manager with Jira hygiene at the product and team levels, product roadmap maintenance (using Jira), and preparation of product cadences (biweekly, monthly and quarterly planning) Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions as per capacity and roadmap planning Review customer information with the technology team and implement technical initiatives for highly complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with product manager to implement key risk initiatives Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing multiple medium technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team and drive new initiatives Collaborate and consult with the technology team and more experienced management within Technology Business Services functional area to resolve Information Technology issues and provide customers with best possible solutions Partner with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor to the organization in order to develop organizational plans/operating models/efficiency targets and plans, gaining agreement across the leadership team, and communicating outcomes to various stakeholders Support Cybersecurity executive routines by looking for ways to streamline activities and improve meeting effectiveness Escalate material matters to management with an appropriate sense of urgency Lead and support special ad hoc projects Required Qualifications: 5 years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education 3 years of Chief of Staff experience or equivalent Desired Qualifications: Proficient use of Jira Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships Strong analytical skills and Excel skills Experience with workforce planning and managing of resources Experience with governance Prior product management and/or cybersecurity background including application and/or cloud security Experience navigating through ambiguity Strong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution Ability to influence across all organizational levels Experience with MS Office tools suite Financial services experience Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule (onsite work is expected in one of the listed locations) This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Work Locations: 300 S Brevard St, Charlotte, NC 28202 2600 S Price Rd, Chandler, Arizona 85286 550 S 4th St, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55415 Posting End Date: 27 Jun 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
