About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support Business & Real Estate Services (BRES). In this role, you will: Develop and implement a communication strategy across Business and Real Estate Services (BRES) that encompasses weekly emails, town halls communications, and engagement with Shared Services Operations (SSO) to ensure seamless and insightful communications to employees, partners and leaders. Communications include key initiative updates, people-driven updates, DE&I efforts and market updates. Develop high-quality brand-standard communication messages as well as review and recommend revisions, new messaging hierarchy, and structural content optimizations to existing communications. Bring an innovative, positive approach to a team that respects and values diversity of professional opinions and experience. Partner to develop, manage and evolve BRES communication guidelines to align with the overall Wells Fargo Brand. Adhere to the style guide, writing guidelines and messaging hierarchy and become a go-to consultative source. Apply effective structure, tone, and approach as well as Wells Fargo and AP styles of writing to all work. Partner with other BRES Consultants, and business owners to create, revise, customize and maintain communication platforms. Required Qualifications: 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite product skills to include: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Live Event Facilitation Solid critical thinking skills. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important. Experience developing, moderating, and presenting at large meetings Experience with the application of brand standards across different documentation requirements.
