Overview
BA Kitchen and Bath Design, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, particularly in tracking construction projections, overseeing administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, project management, Quickbooks, and Customer Service. It also must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Assist with office operations including managing phone systems, scheduling appointments, customers and vendors follow up, maintaining supplies, and manage calendar
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Utilize computer systems for various office tasks and maintain accurate records
-Perform tasks using Quickbooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
-Assist is managing construction projects in Projul, including scheduling, tracking progress, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer literacy and experience with office software
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
