Babich & Associates is Hiring a Commercial Lending Assistant Near Grapevine, TX
We represent a regional bank with a Commercial Lending Assistant opening. The position is in a corporate setting. You will support 2 credit officers, and back up with Lending Assistants as needed. Preferred experience is 4 years of experience with CRE, C&I and SBA loans.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lending Assistant or Loan Administrator for a bank
- 3 years working with commercial loan documents
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills in order to work within a team
- Ability to support multiple Lenders
- Ability to work within the bank's policies and comply with all state and federal regulations
- Excellent time management skills
