This local bank is adding to their Commercial Loan Closing department. The ideal candidate will have commercial closing experience with commercial real estate loans of at least 3 years. Additional experience preferred is 3 years of experience with C&I loans.

Responsibilities include

• Review closing documents closely for accurate and due diligence. Close and follow the delivery process of assigned loans
• Interact with internal departments and other third parties to ensure loans are closed timely
• Provide due diligence and work with assigned attorneys
• Work directly with customer to thoroughly complete closing documents

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in commercial loan closing
• Some college preferred
• Excellent time management, organizational and teamwork skills
