$25.00hr - $30.00hr (1st shift)

$25.00hr - $30.00hr (2nd shift) plus $2.00hr shift dif

• Able to read and interpret documents furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, quality manuals and procedure manuals
• Knowledge of angles and how to make angle corrections
• Must be able to listen, read, write and communicate effectively
• Must have basic mathematical skills
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 60 pounds
• Ability to identify and measure material
• Ability to produce quality products consistently
• Ability to follow instruction given both verbally and in written form
• Willingness to learn and work to the best of his/her abilities as well as dependable work ethic
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Familiarity with metric system

Willing to work 40 per week and must be flexible to work overtime to meet production schedules and departmental needs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment with no climate control. The successful candidate must be willing to work overtime. The noise level may be high at times. Repetitive use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. This job may require bending, lifting, squatting, twisting, kneeling, climbing, jumping, and walking among other activity. Critical thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem. Active listening – giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being make, asking questions when appropriate, and not interrupting others. Coordination – adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions.
